Embedding a track preview on your blog

If you want to embed a preview of a Spotify audio clip on your blog, you can follow these simple steps.

Here is my example and how I did it:

1. In our Web API Console, perform a search for a specific track

2. If you haven't clicked the link at step 1, do it now. :)

3. Change to the desired song title, market (country code), limit (amount of results) and offset (default=0)

4. In the response, scroll down to "preview_url" and copy the url provided

5. Create a blog post

6. Switch to HTML editing

7. Insert an Audio Controls tag with the preview url as source and the Type set to "audio/mpeg"

8. Write "Provided by Spotify" under the embedded Audio Controls object

10. Preview, Save and Publish (if it looks fine)
